In the video, this super cute dog Bailey is being interrogated for finishing his sister’s food, but he does look innocent (kind of). But we can’t really tell if he is guilty of the crime he is being accused of.

Ah, he has whale eyes, that seems suspicious. Bailey does need an attorney before he’s convicted for a crime he didn’t commit. Now that is out of the bag, let’s examine the typical Golden Retriever behaviors.

Golden retrievers ought to be one of the most entertaining dogs on the internet, they are gracing our screens with their naughtiness, we have seen cases where a golden retriever stealthily and carefully takes a toy from his brother’s paws. Really smart dogs they are.

But how do we identify the guilty look after they must have executed mischief, oh we will tell you, it is the whale eyes! The whale eyes always give them out, however, it usually depicts that the dog is stressed, anxious, or worried.

As much as we want to believe Bailey here is innocent, we can’t help but wonder why he is feeling worried or anxious. Well, those are still speculations and allegations, we have no evidence against Bailey, so he’s good.
